Demilade Osoteku is a Principal at the Solina Centre for International Development and Research (SCIDaR), where he leads multi-country health systems and immunization programs across Nigeria, Chad, and Niger. His work focuses on routine immunization strengthening, data systems, and cross-border collaboration, partnering with governments and donors including Gavi, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and the Aliko Dangote Foundation. He has directed landmark efforts such as HPV vaccination support and large-scale malaria and nutrition programs reaching millions. He holds an MSc in Public Policy from University College London as a Chevening Scholar.
