Action for Global Health launch their UK Health Radio Show
The Action for Globe Health Network are pleased to announce the launch of their ‘Global Health Charity Show’ on UK Health Radio, a monthly global health education and information radio show.
Each month a different health-related charity or organisation from the network will host a show on an aspect of health affecting the world today. Whether that’s discussing the challenges of equal access to healthcare globally, tackling malnutrition and hunger or how our changing climate is affecting our health – it’s all packed into this 50-minute show hosted by a diverse range of charities alongside their expert guests.
In the pilot episode hosted by Action for Global Health to mark International Women’s Day, we speak to game changers in women’s health, including:
- Katie Husselby – Network Manager for Action for Global Health
- Tora Abrahams – Founder and Project Lead for the Black Women’s Reproductive Health Project at T.A.P Project
- Dr Carinna Hockham – Research Associate in the Global Women’s Health Program at The George Institute and Imperial College London
You can listen to the episode here.
